Methodologies

  • Assessments

    As part of my tools box, I am certified in Shift Positive 360 which is a leadership assessment tool. The Shift Positive® method is a new and unique way of gathering and giving feedback that's grounded in positive psychology and engaging the leader's "people system" as allies who actively and openly support the leader's development throughout the change process. Based on the insights gained through the assessment, we’ll work on a development plan to get you to your “Next Level” of performance.

    I am also certified in the Five Disfunctions of a Team Assessment which is based on work by Patrick Lencioni. The assessment evaluates how each team member approaches the five key behaviors of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. We will use the assessment as an integral part of teambuilding to anchor our action steps and measure progress.

  • Facilitation

    Using a human centered approach, I also offer customized facilitation of events, strategic planning session, workshops, team development experiences and retreats. I tailor the facilitation process to meet the specific needs, goals, and context of a particular group, organization, or situation. I am skilled in creating agenda’s that will lead to intended outcomes, as well as guiding and managing the group dynamics, fostering open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. As a neutral facilitation, I can help take your meeting to the next level of effectiveness.

  • Experiential Learning

    Experiential learning is an immersive educational approach that emphasizes hands-on, real-world experiences as a primary method of acquiring knowledge and skills. Instead of traditional classroom instruction, experiential learning engages learners in direct, practical encounters that allow them to actively explore, analyze, and reflect on the subject matter.

    Elevating Potential is partnering with Three Moons Farm and Courses with Horses to offer a unique and transformative learning experience with Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). Our innovative approach integrates the wisdom of horses to enhance personal and professional development. Horses, as intuitive and non-judgmental creatures, mirror and respond to human behavior, offering profound lessons in self-awareness and relationship dynamics. This hands-on experiential learning opportunity, transcends the traditional classroom setting, allowing concepts and theory to come alive in these unforgettable experiences. Teams discover new ways of working together, leaders experience the intricacies of leadership styles, and individuals get to the heart of their values, beliefs and behaviors.
